For the past seven years, Spilker Precast has been the incubation space where AquiPor built and refined its technology. The additive is now at the pilot and proof of concept stage. A cubic yard of concrete weighs about 4,000 lb. Adding only 80 to 150 lb of AquiPor's additive, depending on mix design and use, changes the concrete's pore structure so it captures water on contact and releases it slowly, replicating natural hydrology while removing pollutants and reducing pressure on outdated or failing stormwater systems.

Standard sizes, new lower pricing
After our plant upgrades, pricing on many stock items came down, some by more than 30%. Most standard items are in stock or can be cast quickly. Each product page lists sizes, finishes, connections, and current pricing.
All pricing assumes Type III gray concrete. Davis or Solomon colors are available, up to 2%, at no additional charge. White cement is available; call for pricing.

Pieces you will not find at a home store
The same pavers at our Spokane plant, with the lights on and off. Ambient Glow aggregate charges in daylight and glows for 15 or more hours after dark, per AGT. We also make firepit tops, benches and table sets, custom logo and house number pavers, and textured pieces cast from our own molds.
